Sustainability Commitment
At Keystone, we aim at sustainable growth rather than short-term financial interest at the cost of future generations. We demonstrate our approach on sustainability through the work we do.
Environmental
We decarbonise our operations though we do not involve in manufacturing. Day to day life makes difference too. We encourage our people to travel less especially international ones. We work with our office provider on energy efficient design. We contribute to programs developed by professional bodies such as WWF Hong Kong, Friends of the Earth (HK).
Social
We play as an active member of the society and communities that we are in. We encourage our people to get involved through volunteering and giving. We support our people to serve their local communities. Our management is deeply involved in building young talents and being nominated as an advisory board member of the Hong Kong Federation of Business Students.
Governance
We lead by example as a responsible business. We have zero-tolerance for bribery, discrimination and harassment. Our Code of Conduct outlines expectations for individual’s behavior for ourselves and others working on our behalf. We periodically review our code to reflect developments in ethics and business conduct.
